Meet the Team
As the Athletics Manager, Noah manages all Sports and Recreation activities that occur in the gymnasium from youth to adult opportunities such as basketball and pickleball. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University San Bernardino while playing baseball for all 4 years and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Concordia University, St. Paul. Born and raised in Los Angeles County and a huge baseball fan, his favorite team is the Los Angeles Dodgers!
Luan was formerly a competitive tennis player who transitioned to the sport of pickleball in late 2020. He has focused on improving his own skills by becoming a true student of the game and learning from a variety of different players and instructors. In the process, he has developed a deep understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of pickleball.
As an instructor, Luan brings a passion for helping players of all ages and levels improve their game through learning proper technique and strategic play. It has been said that pickleball is an easy sport to learn but hard to master so everyone can benefit from taking a lesson or two. Instruction is typically customized for the individual player or groups and focused on their overall goals.
Luan is an International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association (IPTPA) Level I certified instructor. Previously, he was a junior tennis instructor for the National Junior Tennis League (NJTL).
